Unused credits

You can get a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of buying it, as long as none of its credits have been used. Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with.

If you have used some credits from a pack, we refund the unused credits of that pack proportionally within the same 14 days.

Used credits

A used credit paid for a file that was delivered to you, so it is not normally refundable. When you buy credits, you tick a box at checkout asking us to make your credits available immediately and acknowledging that you lose the right of withdrawal for the credits you use. Stripe emails you a receipt as confirmation. If an export was faulty because of an error on our side, email us and we will return the credit or refund it.

Things that never cost a credit

An export that fails before the file is built.
Downloading the same design again within 24 hours of paying for it, while signed in.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 days depending on your bank. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit your rights as a consumer under the law that applies to you.
