Terms of service

Last updated 2 November 2026

These terms apply between you and Eric Soriano, Rambla Catalunya 96, 08008 Barcelona, Spain (“we”) for your use of Wrapp3D at wrapp3d.com.

1. The service

Wrapp3D is a browser tool for placing images, text, QR codes and textures on 3D models and exporting them as color 3MF files. Designing is free and needs no account; signed-in users can also save projects to their account. Exporting a color 3MF file costs one export credit when credits are enabled.

2. Accounts

You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that email account secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. One account per person; tell us if you think someone else has used yours.

3. Credits and payment

4. Your content

Your designs remain yours. They stay on your device unless you save them to your account, in which case we store them only so you can reopen them; you can delete them at any time. Each account can keep up to 50 saved projects. You are responsible for having the rights to the models, images, logos and text you use, and for what you print. Do not use Wrapp3D to create content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights.

5. Exports and printing

Exports use the standard 3MF color texture format. Whether a slicer or printer supports it, and how a print turns out, depends on your software, hardware and settings. Check the physical size before printing and print a test piece. We cannot guarantee a particular print result.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Wrapp3D available but may change, interrupt or discontinue it. If we discontinue paid exports, we will refund unused credits bought in the previous 12 months.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version shown when you buy credits applies to that purchase.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Spain. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. The courts of Barcelona, Spain have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you as a consumer the right to bring or defend a claim in the courts where you live. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is no longer available; we are not obliged and not willing to take part in consumer dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
